These are wonderful. I posted on my blog Esme’ picture of our house and garden that she painted as a Christmas present for us. Rowena commented – ‘Brilliant! Now I imagine your house as bright blue with a red roof. Tell me it is...? Love the garden’ I would like a house in these colours but it would look out of place with the neighbour’s houses. But I do like to see rows of multi-coloured houses like those in Ballamoray (sp?). They always look like happy houses to me and I like to think that happy people live in them. The picture of your house is amazing and I believe that Esme has shown it in bright colours because it is also a happy house. Just like those in Ballamoray. Do not worry about turning the photographs on the blog, I turned the screen on its side and all looks fine. XXX Grandad
